Wingecarribee Shire Council says dogs in public places must be on a leash held by a competent person, with no more than 4 dogs per person. Mount Gibraltar is not on council's leash-free list. Third-party guides say dogs are welcome on lead on the reserve's tracks. The council's reserve page doesn't mention dogs. Check signage on arrival. The pin is approximate.
